You can choose a Document Type (such as Business Graphics or Black Draft
Printing) in the Windows Driver Setup.  When you choose a Document Type,
the printer driver changes the printer settings to accommodate a specific
type of print job.

The default setting is Automatic.  This setting instructs the printer
software to analyze the print job and automatically change settings to
accommodate a variety of document types.

1. From the Printer Control Program, click the Windows Printing Tab.

2. Click the Windows Driver Setup button.

3. Click the Document Type/Color Tab to open it.

4. In the Document Types section, specify the type of job you're printing.
   The printer driver automatically changes settings to accommodate that
   document type.

If you choose a specific Document Type, that type is in effect until you
change back to Automatic, click the Defaults button, or customize the
printer driver settings.
