ENVELOPE SELECTION: To ensure that the Envelope Feeder operates efficiently and provides many years of satisfactory use, appropriate envelopes must be used. Since envelopes are produced to standards set by the manufacturer, we can not specify or recommend the use of a particular brand of envelope. Purchase envelopes of sufficiently high quality from a reliable source following the specifications given below. Inform the supplier that you will be using the envelopes in a laser printer. The envelopes must be correctly and neatly folder, and packed flat in protective boxes. Pay particular attention to the storage and handling of envelopes. Store the envelopes where they remain flat and their corners are not damaged, and where the temperature and humidity are not too low or too high. If there is a large difference in the humidity or temperature of the storage location and the location of the Laser Printer, allow the envelopes to adjust to the humidity and temperature of the location where the Laser Printer is used. ENVELOPE SPECIFICATIONS: CAUTION: Do not use envelopes with metal tabs, snaps, windows, or other attachments, as doing so may result in damage to the Laser Printer. 1.
