Pro CS-2 Center (400-4058) Care and Maintenance Faxback Doc. # 14177 Channel/Surround Speaker System To maintain the speaker cabinet's finish, do not let it come in contact with water vapor, alcohol, benzene, insecticide, or similar liquids. Do not place a plastic covering on top of the speaker as the plastic's color could come off and stick to the finish. Clean the speaker cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. To prevent the cabinets from warping or discoloring, do not place the speakers where they are exposed to direct sunlight or excessive humidity. Do not place the speakers where they might be knocked over or exposed to falling objects. Never touch the speaker elements with your hands or expose them to excessive shocks. If they become dented or bent, the sound distorts. You can use an amplifier with an output power rating higher than that of the speaker system, but take care never to exceed the speaker's maximum power rating. To avoid any damage to the speaker system or amplifier, turn off the amplifier before making connections. (ALL-04/03/95)
