Speaker Wall Mounting (400-0150B) Installation Faxback Doc. # 14211 Bracket INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTACHING BRACKET TO BACK OF THE SPEAKER 1. Using one of the brackets as a pattern, mark two holes on the back of your speaker. 2. Drill two 1/8" (.32cm) diameter holes as marked. NOTE: Remove the back panel from the speaker cabinet before drilling holes. If the back panel can not be removed, use extreme caution while drilling holes so as not to damage speakers. 3. Fasten one bracket to the speaker with two wood screws, provided. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTACHING BRACKET TO WALL 1. Select a mounting site. NOTE: Try to find a site with a solid wood backing. 2. Using one of the brackets as a pattern, mark four holes on the wall. 3. Drill four 1/8" (.32cm) diameter holes as marked. 4. Fasten one bracket to the wall with four wood screws provided. 5. Hang the speaker. WARNING: Woodscrews provided may pull out of sheetrock or wall paneling without a wood brace. They might also pull out of the thin speaker panels or perforated particle board. See "Alternate Mounting Hardware."
