PRO-100 (330-1145) Troubleshooting Faxback Doc. # 16040 If you follow all the instructions in this manual, you should have no problems with your PRO-100. However, if you do have a problem, check the following table for a solution. Problem Solution No sound Be sure the headphones are turned on. Charge the headphones' battery pack. Be sure the AC adapter on the TX is plugged in and has power. Be sure the audio source is turned on and operating. If you have connected to jacks that are controlled by the audio source's volume control, be sure the source's volume control is turned up to 1/3. If the stereo indicator on the right earcup is not on, adjust TUN on the right earcup until it turns on. Adjust the headphones' volume control. Change the position of the transmitter. Distorted audio If the stereo indicator does not light steadily, adjust TUN on the right earcup until it turns on. Rotate the FREQ ADJUST control on the transmitter and then adjust TUN on the right earcup until the stereo indicator on the earpiece lights steadily. Charge the headphone's battery pack. Change the position of the transmitter. Adjust the LEVEL control on the transmitter so the AUDIO LEVEL indicator only flickers occasionally. (llg/all-07/20/95)
