The Optimus System 1230 combines a precision AM/FM stereo radio, a dual-
cassette deck, a 5-disc CD changer, a five-band frequency equalizer, and a
turntable.  The system also has a remote control so you can change radio
stations and CD functions and adjust the volume from across the room.

Here are just a few of the features that make this system right for you.

120-Watts-Per-Channel Amplifier - produces crisp, clear sound even at high
                                  volume levels.

     Digital Synthesized Tuning - eliminates tuning drift by locking the
                                  tuner on the selected channel.

         Preset Tuning Memories - store 18 of your favorite stations in
                                  memory for quick, one-button tuning.

          Matrix Surround Sound - lets you enjoy the surround sound effect
                                  from any program.

             High-Speed Dubbing - makes high-speed copies between the two
                                  built-in cassette decks with almost no
                                  signal loss.

 Dolby B Noise Reduction System - greatly reduces tape hiss to enhance

     Auto Reverse (Tape 1 Only) - lets you play both sides of a cassette

          Automatic Random Play - shuffles selections on the discs to
                                  provide additional variety.
