AMPLIFIER/RECEIVER Using one of the patch cords provided, connect the left and right LINE OUT jacks to the corresponding TAPE IN or AUX IN jacks of your amplifier/receiver. LINE IN Jacks Connect to the TAPE OUT jacks of your amplifier/receiver. To activate these jacks, set the INPUT selector switch to the LINE postion. Use the other patch cords to connect the LINE IN jacks to the TAPE OUT or RECORD OUT jacks of your amplifier/receiver. Plug the power cord into an AC outlet. INPUT Selector Switch Set to the appropriate input position (LINE or MIC) when recording. AC Power Cord Plug this cord into a standard AC outlet or the amplifier/receiver's convenience AC outlet. STEREO HEADPHONES You can use stereo headphones to monitor the recording process and signal, or to listen to a tape being played back. This gives you complete private monitor/listening capability. Connect them to the stereo PHONES jack. MICROPHONES For live recording, connect microphones to the MICROPHONES jacks. Use two microphones for stereo recordings; for monaural recordings, use a Y-connector available at Radio Shack and one microphone.
