If your Radio does not operate correctly: 

1.  Check to be sure the line cord is connected to a source of AC 
    voltage (are you sure the AC outlet is 'live'?). 

2.  Check your control settings.  Are you sure you didn't leave a control 
    in the wrong position? 

3.  Try rotating or moving the Radio; sometimes a different location will 
    change and/or improve reception. 

    If you continue to have problems and can't figure it out, help is as 
    close as your Radio Shack store.  Just bring it in for us to take a 
    look at.
