1.  Furniture style wood cabinet:

    The wood cabinet provides a refined article of furniture, and serves
    to improve acoustic response.

2.  Stable operation with silicon transistors:

    Silicon transistors of proven performances are used as the active
    elements in the radio, insuring high-sensitivity and stable operation.

3.  Line cord FM antenna:

    In areas where the FM signal is sufficiently strong, the AC power line
    can be used as a FM antenna.  FM reception can be enhanced simply by
    connecting the clips of the power cord to the FM antenna terminals.
    An AFC circuit is incorporated for stable FM reception.

CAUTIONS:  The model 12-1481 AM/FM 2 Band clock Radio is designed
           exclusively for AC operation.  Do not operate it on a DC power
           source.

           To clean the cabinet, use a soft dry cloth moistened with water
           or soapsuds.  Do not use harsh solvents.
