The Optimus CD-6400 Five Disc Automatic Changer takes CD-changer
technology a step further.  It has an automatic disc loading system
that can hold up to five disc.  This lets you select more music for
continuous play and gives you more musical variety without having to
continually remove and load disc.

The CD-6400's advanced design makes the CD changer simple to operate.
While you are reading this owner's manual, be sure to pay attention to
"Special Features" so you can understand and take advantage of all the
CD-6400's features.

Eight-Times Oversampling - Further improves the CD's sound by multiplying
with Digital Filtering     the standard 44.1 kHz sampling rate by eight
                           and using a digital filter to reduce or
                           eliminate high-frequency distortion.

    Sequence Programming - Lets you program up to 32 tracks to play in
                           any order you choose.

          Audible Search - Helps you locate a particular section of the
                           music by playing the CD rapidly in either
                           direction.

  Automatic Search Music - Lets you quickly locate and play any track

          Remote Control - Lets you control the CD changer from the
                           comfort of your armchair.

   Tri-Spot Pickup Servo - Helps ensure perfect tracking of your CDs.

             Repeat Play - Lets you automatically repeat a single track,
                           multiple CDs, or a series of programmed tracks.

             Random Play - Randomly selects tracks on loaded CDs and play
                           them.

The CD-6400 has a wide dynamic range.  If you set your amplifier's volume
too high during soft (low volume) parts of the music, you might damage
your headphones, loudspeakers, or hearing when a sudden loud passage
occurs.

During playback, if the changer is subjected to a sudden shock or jolt,
the speed of rotation might change, or some noise might change, or some
noise might be produced.  This is not malfunction.

Do not place anything than CDs in the disc drawer and attempt to close
the drawer.  Doing so can damage the CD changer.
