The Sports Mate(TM) FM Stereo Radio is designed for hands-free use indoors
or out.  You can hang on to the handlebars of your bicycle or grab
the tools in your workshop and still enjoy your radio by using it with
the headband or the armband.  The radio is so lightweight that you have
only the high performance stereo to remind you that the radio exists.

Warning:  Avoid listening to your radio with the volume so loud that
          your hearing might be impaired.  Also, remember the importance
          of sound to alert you to approaching traffic when you are
          driving, cycling, or jogging.
