Problem                  Possible Cause          Remedy

CD is loaded but it      CD is loaded upside.    Reload the CD

                         CD is dirty.            Clean the CD or try
                                                 a different CD.

                         HOLD function is        Set HOLD to OFF.
                         active.

The sound skips.         CD is dirty.            Clean the CD or try
                                                 a different CD.

                         Vibration is heavy.     Try not to vibrate
                                                 the CD.
