2500 SX/25 (250-1610) BATTERY Faxback Doc. # 1127 The battery powers the clock, enabling it to maintain the correct time and date when the computer power is off. Replacement batteries (23-162) are available at Radio Shack stores. The clock battery should last at least three years with normal use. When it fails, the computer will not retain time and date information correctly. If the computer does not restart when you turn it on or reset it, it could indicate that the battery is weak or dead.
