From MS-DOS

   HWSET.EXE - Allows user to change hardware settings of the sound card.

DIAGNOSE.EXE - Performs various sound tests on the sound card.

  CDPLAY.EXE - Allows user to play audio CDs.

  MIXTSR.EXE - A memory resident program that is the MS-DOS based mixer 
               utility for the Sound 16A card.  Allows volume, and balance
               adjustments for Wave, CD, MIC and other audio sources.

To remove the MIXTSR.EXE file from memory, type:

    MIXTSR /Q <ENTER>

EASYSTART.EXE - This file brings up a menu of options including the
                Diagnose, Config, Mixtsr, and CdPlay utilities.  

   CONFIG.EXE - This utility allows you to alter the configuration of your
                sound card.

All the files listed above are located in the C:\SOUND16A\UTILITY
directory of the harddrive.

From Windows

From the SOUND16A Group, select the MIXER CONTROL icon and make adjustments
to volume, balance, etc. from this area.  Also in this group, there is a 
Media Player icon for playing audio CDs.
