                                     Drive

1.  Open the case and extend the floppy drive cable, while remaining
    connected to the main logic board an the first floppy drive.

2.  Mount the second floppy to the drive mount inside the machine.

    NOTE: Be sure to use the holes that line up with the right side of the 
          drive mount bracket, so that the face of the floppy will go
          through the  open space on the front of the machine.

3.  Connect the floppy drive cable header connector to the pins on the 
    floppy drive.  Be sure to have the colored strip on the ribbon cable 
    facing the power supply, as this is where pin 1 is on the drive.

4.  Remove the face plate cover.

5.  Boot the computer and run SETUPRL through MS-DOS. (RLSETUP.PDM from
    within DeskMate as it wil not dispay the "Diskette Drives have
    changed".)

    After seeing the changed drives screen, press a key to continue.  Press
    <F1> to update the EEPROM REgisters and reboot the machine in order for 
    the drive to be recognized as Drive B:.

    NOTE:  The machine will not auto-detect and recognize the floppy drive 
           as it does the smartdrive.

NOTE:  The right drive MUST be drive selected for DS0 and the left for DS1 
       in order for the ROM to be correct in selecting LEFT or RIGHT as 
       Drive A: designation.  The 25-1075 floppy drive wil work fine in its
       factory settins (Drive Selected as DS1).
