Jumper Definition

Jumpers are used to select options for certain features.  To set a jumper 
to "close" means covering the jumper pins with the jumper caps, and "open" 
means not to cover the pins.  Jumpers with more than two pins have numbers 
on the motherboard identifying the pins.

Jumper Settings:

Staking pin jumpers must be selected correctly.  Sometimes, there is
labeling of the positions silk-screened on the board.  The positioning of
the staking pins is as follows:
