Remove the Bulb

    Remove the left battery, then rotate the contact away from the bulb.
    Press the bulb to the left, then to the right to remove it.

To Install a Bulb

    Insert a type KPR-104 krypton bulb in the lens.  Install the left
    battery, and close the case.

    When the light dims, replace the batteries.  Use heavy-duty "AA"
    batteries such as Cat. No. 230-0582; or for longest life, use alkaline
    batteries such as Cat. No. 230-0552.

To Insert the Left Battery

    Open the case.  Position the contact against the bulb.  Then, insert a
    "AA" battery as shown in the battery compartment, negative end first.

To Insert the Right Battery

    Insert a "AA" battery as shown in the battery compartment, negative end
    first.

To Open the Case

    Press the button on the bottom of the flashlight case, and pull the
    case halves apart.
