INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Using parts list and illustrations, become familiar with parts and
    hardware.

2.  Mount support tube with 1/2" hex nut and 1/2" lockwasher to mounting
    bracket and threaded bushing as shown in Fig.1.

3.  Loosely fasten the radial clamp to the mounting bracket using the three
    #10-32 x 5/8" screws, #10 lockwashers and #10-32 hex nuts, as shown in
    Fig. 1.

4.  Mount the three bent radial rods to the mounting bracket as shown in
    Fig. 2.  Tighten #10-32 screws and nuts securely.

5.  Thread one lower radial rod & adaptor on each bent radial rod as shown
    in Fig. 2.

6.  Thread the bottom coil onto the threaded bushing as shown in Fig. 1.

7.  Thread the lower rod into bottom coil, tighten jam nut against bottom
    coil, and thread the top coil & whip assembly onto the lower rod as
    shown in Fig. 1.

8.  Connect coax cable (not supplied) to the support tube adaptor.  Adaptor
    accepts PL-259 connector (not supplied) as shown in Fig. 3.

9.  Mount assembled antenna to mast (not supplied) using the two U-bolts
    and the four 1/4-20 nuts and four 1/4" lockwashers as shown in Fig. 3.
    Be sure not to mount the antenna to mast so that the top of the mast
    extends over top of mounting bracket.  Tape or fasten coax cable to
    mast.
