The Radio Shack Karaoke-Mate 2 Channel Mic Mixer, Echo Control and Voice
Canceller is an example of superior design and craftsmanship.  These
suggestions will help you care for it so you can enjoy it for years.

    Keep the Karaoke-Mate dry.  If it gets wet wipe it dry immediately.

    Use only fresh batteries of the recommended size and type.  Always
    remove old or weak batteries.  They can leak chemicals that destroy
    electronic circuits.

    Handle the Karaoke-Mate gently and carefully.  Dropping it can damage
    circuit boards and cases and can cause the Karaoke-Mate to work
    improperly.

    Use and store the Karaoke-Mate only in normal temperature environments.

    Keep the karoke-mate away from dust and dirt.

    Wipe the Karaoke-Mate with a damp cloth occasionally to keep it looking
    new.  Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong
    detergents to clean the Karaoke-Mate.

Modifying or tampering with the Karaoke-Mate's internal components can
cause a malfunction and might invalidate the Karaoke-Mate's warranty.  If
the Karaoke-Mate is not performing as it should, take it to your local
Radio Shack store for assistance.

THE FCC WANTS YOU TO KNOW

The Karaoke-Mate might cause TV or radio interference even when it is
operating properly.  To determine whether the Karaoke-Mate is causing the
interference, turn off the Karaoke-Mate.  If the interference goes away,
the Karaoke-Mate is causing the interference.  Try to eliminate the inter-
ference by:

    Moving your Karaoke-Mate away from the receiver

    Using outlets on different electrical circuits for the Karaoke-Mate
    and the TV or radio

    Contacting your local Radio Shack store for help

If you cannot eliminate the interference, the FCC requires that you stop
using your Karaoke-Mate.
