Electronic Organ (600-2509) Operation Faxback Doc. # 16349 POWER-OFF ALARM If you do not press a key for 1 minute and 30 seconds, an alarm sounds to remind you to turn off the organ. The alarm sounds for 5 seconds every 45 seconds until you either start playing again or turn off the organ. PLAYING THE ORGAN Manual Play You can play the organ as a regular keyboard. Follow these steps to manually play the organ. 1. Rotate VOLUME clockwise to turn on the organ. The power indicator lights. 2. Rotate VOLUME to adjust the volume level. 3. Play the organ. NOTE: There is a letter above each key to help you learn the keys. 4. To turn off the organ, rotate VOLUME counter-clockwise until you hear a click and the power indicator light turns off. RECORD AND PLAYBACK Your electronic organ can record and play back your own melody. Follow these steps to record a melody: 1. Press PLAY. 2. Play your melody. The first note you play starts a 12-second timer. You can record up to 24 notes within this time. NOTE: When you record a new song, you record over the previously recorded song. Follow these steps to play back the recorded melody: 1. Press AUTO. 2. Press PLAYBACK to play back your recorded melody. NOTE: The organ erases the recorded melody when you turn it off. AUTOMATIC PLAY Your electronic organ can play any one of ten pre-programmed melodies. The melodies are represented by the pictures on the organ's bottom panel. You can choose one of the following melodies: Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Happy Birthday London Bridge is Falling Down Oh, Susana This Old Man Clementine Yankee Doodle Auld Lang Syne Silent Night Jingle Bells Follow these steps to play one of the pre-programmed melodies. 1. Press AUTO. 2. Press the black key above the melody's picture. The melody plays. SELECTING A RHYTHM Your organ can play eight different rhythms. Follow these steps to play a rhythm: 1. Press RHYTHM. The last rhythm you selected plays. 2. Press any one of the following keys to select your desired rhythm. MARCH BEGUINE SWING 4-BEAT DISCO TANGO WALTZ RHUMBA 3. Press TEMPO UP or DOWN to increase or decrease the rhythm's speed. 4. Press RHYTHM again to turn off the rhythm. (ALL-08/07/95)
