INSTALLING THE BATTERY

You need one AAA battery to power the poker game. We recommend an alkaline
battery, such as Radio Shack's Cat. No. 23-555/558. Follow these steps to
install the battery.

1.  Open the battery compartment by pressing down and sliding the cover in
    the direction of the arrow.

2.  Insert the battery as shown by the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked
    inside the battery compartment.

3. Replace the cover.

NOTE:  If the game does not work properly, you might want to reset it. To
       reset the game, remove and reinstall the battery. 100, (((.))), and
       77777 appear on the display. If the game still does not work
       properly, the display dims, or the sound weakens, replace the
       battery with a fresh one.

PLAYING WITH OR WITHOUT SOUND EFFECTS

To add sound affects, press sound until (((.))) appears on the display.
To turn off sound effects, press sound until (((.))) disappears from the
display.

AUTOMATIC POWER OFF

To conserve battery power, the poker game automatically turns off after
about two minutes if you do not press a key.  To turn on the game and
continue play, press Start/Stop. You can resume your last game where you
left off.
