INSTALLING BATTERIES

You need two AA batteries (not supplied) to power the talking bank.  We
recommend alkaline batteries, such as Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-552/557.

1.  Press the battery compartment cover in the direction of the arrow and
    slide it out.

2.  Insert two AA batteries into the compartment, as indicated by the
    polarity symbols (+ and -) marked inside the compartment.

3.  Replace the cover.

NOTE:  If the talking bank does not work, the display dims, or the sound
       weakens, replace the batteries.

CAUTIONS:  Never leave dead or weak batteries in the bank

           Dispose of batteries properly.  Do not bury or burn them.
