Mini Strobe/Flasher

Turn the flash rate control knob on the back of the Strobe/Flasher
clockwise to increase the flash rate, counterclockwise to decrease it, or
fully counterclockwise to turn it off.

Unplug the Strobe/Flasher from the AC outlet when you are not using it.

WARNING:  Do not look directly into the Strobe/Flasher when it flashes.
