HOW DO YOU DELETE ALL NAMES/NUMBERS AT ONCE?

1.  When the display is in the "Clock Mode", press and hold the "Left
    Review" key for about 6 seconds.  "Cancel?" will appear on the
    display.

2.  Press the "Delete" key.  All Caller ID memories will be cleared and
    the display will show two rows of dashes.

3.  The display will change from dashes to Clock Mode after about 10
    seconds or you can press "Clock" or "Speakerphone" to return to Clock
    mode.


LCD DISPLAYS *CONTRAST* WHEN YOU PRESS AND HOLD THE READ KEY.

This is a feature; press REVIEW to change between 16 contrast levels.


THE UNIT IS LOCKED AND THE USER DOES NOT HAVE THE SECURITY CODE.

To get around the security code, the user must remove the battery for 10
minutes.  However, doing this will also clear all of the phone and CID
memories.


THE CALLER ID UNIT DOES NOT STORE INCOMING CALL INFO WHEN THE CUSTOMER
ANSWERS A PHONE OTHER THAN THE CALLER ID.

The Caller ID unit stores the incoming call info between the first and
second ring.  If the customer is answering before the second ring, the
info will not be stored.


THE CALLER ID UNIT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THE CALLER ID INFO IF THE FIRST
PHONE RING IS ONLY A HALF RING.

This is normal for this unit; it does require a full first ring in order
to function properly.
