2-Station Wireless (430-0486) Care and Maintenance Faxback Doc. # 14126 Intercom The following suggestions will help you care for your Radio Shack 2- Station Wireless Intercom so you can enjoy it for years. Keep the stations dry. If the stations get wet, wipe then dry immediately. Liquids can contain minerals that can corrode the electronic circuits. Use and store the stations only in normal temperature environments. Temperature extremes can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and distort or melt plastic parts. Handle the stations gently and carefully. Dropping them can damage the circuit boards and can cause the stations to work improperly. Keep the stations away from dust and dirt, which can cause premature wear of parts. Wipe the stations with a damp cloth occasionally to keep them looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the stations. Modifying or tampering with the station's internal components can cause a malfunction and might invalidate the intercom's warranty and void your FCC authorization to operate it. If your intercom is not performing as it should, take it to your local Radio Shack store for assistance. (LB/all-03/14/95)
