You must setup a personalized LOCK CODE to use this feature.

STORING THE NUMBER

1.  Enter credit card number.

2.  Press F RCL/STO

3.  Press * and desired memory location (0 to 9).

4.  Press RCL/STO

    "CODE" appears on display.

5.  Enter 4-digit personalized lock code.

    A star (*) appears for each digit entered.  If a correct code is
    entered, credit card number is stored.

6.  Enter name using Alpha mode.

7.  Press RCL/STO

    "STORE" and memory location appears on display.

HOW TO SETUP LOCK CODE

The telephone is factory programmed with lock code 0000.  To improve
security enter a personalized four digit code by using the ALTER CODE
option.

1.  Press F F.

2.  Press #.

3.  Press 5 (as many times as necessary) until "ALTER CODE" appears.

4.  Press F.

5.  Enter OLD code.

6.  Enter NEW code.

7.  Enter NEW code (to verify new code).

SENDING THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER

1.  Call desired numbers.  Wait until call has been connected.

2.  Press RCL/STO

    "RECALL" appears on display.

3.  Press * and memory location of credit card number (3 for example).

    The individual digits of the credit card number are converted to Dual
    tone multi frequency (DTMF) signals and automatically sent.

REVIEWING THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER

You can review the number when telephone is in standby mode (not in a
call).

1.  Press RCL/STO

    "RECALL" appears on the display.

2.  Press * and desired memory location (0 to 9) stored name appears, but
    not the credit card number.

NOTE:  Press # to scroll through other hidden memory locations.

3.  Press RCL/STO

    "CODE?" appears on display.

4.  Enter 4-digit lock code.

    A Star (*) appears for each digit entered.

    If code is correct, stored name and number appears on display.

    If code is incorrect, "WRONG CODE" appears on display.  Display returns
    to normal standby mode.
