ET-146 Telephone

The ET-146 Telephone will work with the Duophone-208 (430-0616) and
Duophone-209 (430-0617).  However, they are not fully compatible.  If a
call is placed on "Hold" on the ET-146 Telephone, it will not show up as
"Hold" on either the Duophone-208 or Duophone-209.
