Q:  This will record messages.  However, if the button is pressed to play
    messages, all lights flash and the message does not play.

A:  All indicators will flash when one of the following occurs:

    1.  Tape is at the end after recording outgoing message.

    2.  The TAD-345 is locked up.  Turn it off and back on.

    3.  The outgoing message tape is broken.
