READ - lets you read messages and manually scroll through them.

ON/RESET - turns the pager on, and resets your pager.

FUNCTION - selects built-in menus for pager set-up, turns the pager off,
and lights the display.

NOTE:  Press and hold down FUNCTION to backlight the display.

ARROWS - select built-in menus for pager set-up and let you scroll through
messages one line at a time.

ALERT - lights when your pager receives a message.

FUNCTION MENU

Display - displays up to 4 lines of text and numbers.

Message Indicators - show the number and positions of messages in memory.

Alert - lets you select an alert tone for the audible mode or a silent
alert for the silent mode.

Clock - lets you set the time and date.

Alarm Mode Indicator - shows that the alarm is turned on.

ON Indicator - appears on the display when the pager is turned on.

Speaker - lets you select the audible or silent mode.

Lock - lets you lock messages into memory.

Personal Message File - lets you store messages into the personal message
file.

Delete - lets you delete messages from memory.
