PG-102 Renegade Numeric Local Pager (170-6012) Batteries Faxback Doc. # 18653 NOTE: You need two AAA batteries to power your pager. INSTALLING BATTERIES Your pager requires two AAA batteries. For the best performance, we recommend alkaline batteries such as Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-555. 1. Slide the battery cover latch away from the battery cover to unlock it and remove the battery cover/belt clip. 2. Remove old batteries, if necessary, and dispose of them properly. 3. Insert the new batteries as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked in the compartment. 4. Replace the battery cover/belt clip and slide the latch toward the cover to lock it in place. NOTES: Turn off the pager when you are not using it to conserve batteries. Batteries should last for 850 to 950 hours of use. When battery power becomes low, the pager displays LOW CELL. You have about 1 weeks battery power left when this warning first appears. (EB/all-01/23/96)
