Your Radio Shack ET-909 900 MHz Spread Spectrum Cordless Telephone uses
the most advanced cordless telephone technology to give you superior audio
quality and extended range.  The telephone digitizes and scrambles your
conversation before transmitting it between the handset and the base, so 
your conversation is secure from interception by other cordless telephone
or scanner users.

Its special features include:

    Digital Spread Spectrum - uses an advanced, patented integrated circuit
    Technology                to bring you the latest in high-security
                              communication technology originally developed
                              for the military.

          900 Mhz Operation - uses the recently allocated 900 Mhz band to
                              provide less interference from other cordless
                              phones, over twice the range of 46/49 Mhz
                              cordless phones, and better quality.

          Ten Number Memory - lets you quickly dial important phone numbers
                              such as the fire department, police, or a
                              doctor.

               100 Channels - reduces the chances of interference from
