IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS

If your telephone does not work or works poorly, check the connection to
the telephone line.  Calls are automatically switched and routed through
complex equipment, so you will occasionally get a noisy line.  If the 
call is too noisy, try hanging up and redialing the number.

If you still have problems, disconnect the telephone immediately.  If
other telephones on the same line work properly, the fault is in the
telephone or its installation.  If you are unable to locate the problem,
take you telephone to your local Radio Shack store for assistance.
