We do not expect you to have any problems with your phone, but if you do,
these guidelines might help:

*  If your phone does not operate or operates poorly, check the connections
   to the phone line.  If the call is too noisy, hang up and redial the
   number.

*  If you still have problems, disconnect the phone immediately.  If other
   phones on the same line work properly, the problem is in the phone or
   its installation.  If you cannot locate the problem, take your phone to
   a Radio Shack store for assistance.

*  If the phone's neon light burns out, take the phone to your local Radio
   Shack store for service.
