Operation                          You Press

Store/Change a Number in Memory    STORE, enter the number, press STORE 
                                   again, then press the memory dial key
                                   (P1, P2, or P3) or memory location number 
                                   (0-9).

Dial a Stored Memory Number        P1, P2, or P3 (priority memory), or MEM 
                                   then the memory location number (0-9).

Set the TAD to Answer Calls        ON/OFF

Record Outgoing Announcement       OGM until the TAD beeps. Speak Announce-
                                   ment, then press ON/OFF.

Check the Outgoing Announcement    OGM

Record Memory Full Announcement    4/OGM2 until the TAD beeps.  Speak 
                                   announcement, then press ON/OFF.

Turn On/Off Announcement-Only      ANNOUNCE ONLY (ANN indicator turns on or

Record Announcement-Only           OGM (while ANN indicator is on) until

Check the Announcement-Only        OGM while ANN indicator is on.

Delete  Any Type of Announcement   DELETE/PROG while that announcement is
                                   playing.

Record a Memo                      MEMO until the ANSWER indicator flashes 
                                   and the MEMO indicator lights steadily.  
                                   Speak memo, then press ON/OFF.

Record a 2-Way Conversation        2-WAY until the ANSWER indicator flashes.  
                                   To stop recording, press ON/OFF.

Play Messages, Memos, or 2-Way     PLAY, MEMO, or 2-WAY.  Press again for 
Conversations                      repeat playback.

Delete a Single Message, Memo,     DELETE/PROG while that message, memo, or
