Installation Instructions

NOTE:  The only tool needed is a small screw driver.

1.  Follow the heavy wire which leads from your phone to the phone cable
    connector.

2.  The connector may be loose.  If in a box, open it and remove the
    connector.

3.  The phone cable connector is made up of two interlocking parts.  Remove
    the two retaining screws and separate.

4.  Plug the 4-Line Tele-Selector plug into the phone cable connector.

5.  Plug the other phone cable connector into the other side of the 4-line
    Tele-Selector plug.

6.  Reinstall the assembly screws and tighten until snug.

CAUTION:  Do not over tighten screws.  That could cause the threads to
          strip.

7.  Place the connector assembly back into the box and close.
