MENU OVERVIEW

Menu Name          Shortcut        Description

Lock Phone         MENU 1          Locks or unlocks the phone

System Select      Menu 2 ABC      Selects roaming mode (system feature)

Call Timers        Menu 3 DEF      Displays the duration of calls and resets 
                                   the timers

Lights             Menu 4 GHI      Sets the display and keypad lights

Keypad Tones       Menu 5 JKL      Turns the keypad tones on or off

Ringing Volume     Menu 6 MNO      Select the ring volume

Ringing Type       Menu 7 PQR      Select the ring type

Emergency Key 9    Menu 8 STU      Turns the 9 WXYZ key on/off for one-touch
                                   emergency dialing.

NAM Select         Menu 9 WXYZ     Displays and selects the active cellular 
                                   number

Calling Card       None            Selects and activates the calling card 
                                   option

Keyguard           Menu * /        Activates/deactivates the keyguard


QUICK GUIDE

Tuning On/Off        Press and hold PWR

Making a Call        Enter the area code and phone number and press SEND

Ending a Call        Press END

Receiving a Call     Press SEND (or any key but PWR)

Last Number Redial   Press SEND SEND (with clear display)

Adjust Volume        Press /\ to increase and \/ to decrease the volume 
(during a call)

Clear a Digit        Press CLR

Clear Display        Press and hold CLR


MEMORY FUNCTIONS

Scratchpad Memory      Enter the phone number and name and press STO, then 
                       press # and STO

Memory Dialing         Enter the location number and press SEND

9 Key Emerg. Call      Press and hold 9 WXYZ

Recalling a Number     Enter the location number and then press RCL

Recalling Scratchpad   Press # first and then RCL
