ABC Press to switch between alpha and numeric modes. MENU Press to use the menus. Press MENU then scroll through the menu functions using the arrow keys. Or, press MENU and the menu shortcut number. CLR Press to delete characters one at a time. Press and hold to clear the entire display. Also used to exit the menu functions. STO Press to use a menu feature. Also used to store or move information in the phone's memories. RCL Press to recall information from the phone's memories. (Also used to display hidden digits when the display is full.) /\ \/ Press to increase or decrease volume during a call. Also use the arrow keys to scroll through the memory locations when the display is clear. Press \/ to scroll forward and /\ to scroll backward. Press MENU and then scroll through menu functions using the arrow keys. Press \/ to scroll forward and /\ to scroll backward. (Hold the key down for continuous scrolling.) SEND Press to dial a phone number and answer a call (if any key answer is turned off). With the display clear, this key recalls the five last-dialed phone numbers. END Press to end a phone call. DISPLAY INDICATORS AB Indicates the selected network: A A system only B B system only ABC Both systems No Indicator Home area only ABC Appears when you press ABC. MENU Appears when you press MENU. BB Indicates the number of a menu function or memory location. ON Appears when the phone is on. ROAM Appears when you roam using your home system. Flashes when you roam using a non-home system. IN USE Appears during a call. NO SVC Appears when you are not within a supported cellular service area. |/ S Indicates the cellular signal strength. The higher the bar, the stronger the signal. \| B Indicates the battery charge level. The higher the bar, the more charge in the battery.
