The DUOFONE TAD-265 Cordless Telephone Answering System is perfect for your
home or office.  The touch-tone remote control lets you use most of your
answering machine's features from any touch-tone phone.  In addition, the
handset allows portable cordless operation.  Other important features are
described below.

TELEPHONE FEATURES

             Super CCT Noise - Reduction Circuit-provides clearer telephone
                               conversations, giving you sound comparable
                               to that of a corded phone.

             Security Access - Protection Code-prevents other cordless
                               phone users from using your phone line when
                               the handset is on or off the base.

             Intercom System - lets you talk with the person at the handset
                               from the base or locate the handset if you
                               misplace it.

            10-Number Memory - lets you quickly dial important phone
                               numbers.

                      Redial - lets you quickly dial last number you dialed
                               by touching a single button.

                       Flash - sends an electronic switchhook signal for
                               use with special phone services such as call
                               waiting.

            Charge Indicator - shows you when it is time to recharge the
                               battery.

Touch Tone or Pulse (Rotary) - lets you use your phone with touch-tone or

ANSWERING MACHINE FEATURES

                   Auto-Call - calls a designated telephone or paper number
                               when someone leaves a message on the TAD. 
                               You can then call the TAD and listen to the
                               message.

     Digital Memory Outgoing - records your outgoing announcement into the
     Message                   TAD's memory, so the TAD needs only one
                               microcassette.

Outgoing Announcement Backup - saves the announcement on the message tape,
                               and restores the announcement to memory
                               after a power failure.

    Remote Control Operation - lets you retrieve your messages from any
                               touch-tone phone or from any rotary dial
                               phone using a pocket tone dialer.

                  Toll-Saver - answers after only two rings when you have
                               messages; otherwise, it answers after four
                               rings.  This lets you hang up before the TAD
                               answers to avoid a toll charge.

            Remote Answer-On - lets you use any remote phone to set the TAD
                               to answer calls.

              Call Screening - lets you listen as a caller leaves a message
                               so you can decide whether or not to answer
                               the call.

              Memo Recording - lets you leave reminders for yourself or
                               messages for others in your home or office.

                         VOX - stops recording after several seconds of
                               silence to help conserve tape space.

        Two-Way Conversation - provides a convenient way to record both
