NOTE:  You cannot use your CP 1700 without proper authorization from a
       local cellular service company.

CONNECTIONS

Connect the Handset cord to the input jack on the side of the phone.

Plug the Cigarette Lighter Power Cord to the 12V DC power connector on the
side of the phone.  Then plug the cord into your vehicle's cigarette
lighter.

Power On/Off

To turn the CP 1700 on, Press and hold PWR for approximately one second.

All indicators appear for approximately 1 second and a loud tone is heard. 
After a few seconds, the CP 1700 is in Standby and you can now receive or
place calls.

To turn off, Press and Hold PWR for approximately one second.
