1.  Check to be sure all parts are correctly positioned with correct
    polarity (+ to + and - to -), and all the soldering is good.

2.  Install the jumper pins for the desired time.

    Use J1 to set the "multiplier" of the desired time.  To set the timer
    for 1-9 seconds, connect the jumper to X1.  To set the timer for 10-
    100 seconds (in 10-second increments), connect the jumper to X10.  To
    set the timer for 100-1000 seconds (in 100-second increments), connect
    the jumper to X100.

    Use J2 to set the specific value.  For example, to set the timer for
    30 seconds, connect jumpers to X10 at J1 and 3 at J2.

3.  Connect the power supply to DC IN and turn it on.

4.  Press the switch (SW).  The LED lights and the relay clicks on.  The
    relay and LED turn off at the preset time.

If the timer is not accurate, rotate VR toward S to make it faster and
toward L to make it slower.
