USING THE TIMER

1.  To turn on the timer press ON/OFF so ON appears on the display.

2.  Set MAN/AUTO/AUTO.RAND.  to the desired setting.

To have the timer automatically turn the connected device on and off at the
preset times, set it to AUTO.

To have the timer automatically turn the connected device on and off within
1-15 minutes of the preset time (randomly), set it to AUTO. RAND.(automatic
random).

To manually turn the connected device on/off at any time, set it to MAN
(manual).

NOTES:  Be sure PROG/RUN/TIME SET is set to RUN.  Otherwise, the connected
        device will not turn on or off at the preset time(s).

        When using the AUTO and AUTO. RAND. settings, be sure the connected
        device's power is turned on so the device will turn on at the
        preset time(s).

3.  To turn off the timer, press ON/OFF so OFF appears on the display.

NOTE:  You cannot turn on the connected device while ON/OFF is set to OFF.

RESETTING THE TIMER

To reset the timer and erase all preset event times, use a pointed object,
such as a straightened paper clip, to gently press down the timer's reset
button.  The display clears, then 12:00 AM flashes.

NOTE:  Pressing the reset button sets the current time to 12:00 AM.  Before
        you use the timer again after resetting it, be sure you set the
        current time.
