Radio Shack Limited Warranty and Connected Equipment Guarantee

WARRANTY:

This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase from
Radio Shack company owned stores and authorized Radio Shack franchisees and
dealers.  Within this period, we repair it without charge for parts and
labor.

CONNECTED EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE:

In the unlikely event that a transient voltage surge/spike damages
electronic equipment while it is properly connected to this functioning
unit during the warranty period (two years from the date of purchase).
Radio Shack agrees to pay the cost to reimburse, repair or replace the
damaged electronic equipment up to a maximum of $2,500.00.

this Limited Warranty and Connected Equipment Guarantee does not cover
transportation costs.  Nor does it cover a product which has been subjected
to misuse, accidental damage, or a product which has been altered or
repaired by someone other than Radio Shack or its authorized service
representatives.  This Limited Warranty and Connected Equipment Guarantee
applies only to the original purchaser. In order to make a claim under this
Limited Warranty and Connected Equipment Guarantee, you must:

1.  Call Radio Shack at (800) 297-6832 for a return authorization. Under no
    circumstances will this product be accepted without an authorization
    number.

2.  Have any surge-related, damaged equipment repaired by an authorized
    service center.

3.  Ship the surge protector, postage prepaid (with the original sales
    receipt or a photocopy of the receipt) to:  Radio Shack, 520 Fellowship
    Rd., Suite 306, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.  Include your name, address,
    telephone number and a brief description of the problem with the
    product.  If a claim for damage to other equipment is being made, also
    include an explanation of how the damage was sustained and the
    original authorized service center repair bill documenting that the
    equipment damage was surge-induced.

4.  If Radio Shack determines that damage to connected equipment is covered
    Radio Shack will reimburse the submitted repair charges up to $2,500.00

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, RADIO SHACK SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING OUT EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN.  RADIO SHACK MAKES NO EXPRESS
WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN.  Some states
do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential
damages or limitations on the length of implied warranties; therefore, the
aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
