High performance, broadband, TV/FM amplifier designed to amplify signals
in the 54.0 MHz to 814.0 MHz range.  This operating frequency range
includes all broadcast and cable TV channels, and FM broadcast radio.  The
amplifier has been designed to provide a typical gain of 30.0dB in both
the UHF and VHF range.

The 15-1109 consists of two primary units, a Preamplifier and an Amplifier/
Power Supply.  The Preamplifier is installed near the antenna and the
Amplifier/Power Supply is installed near the TV set.  A 300-to-75 ohm
matching transformer, a four-foot, connectorized cable with weather boots
and mounting hardware (including an additional weather boot for the down
link) are also provided.

The Amplifier/Power Supply is equipped with a remote, switchable FM trap
and an adjustable gain control to allow the user to optimize the gain for
the best picture quality.  A visual indicator and thermal protection device
are incorporated in the Amplifer/Power Supply to alert the user and protect
the 15-1109, respectively, in the event that a short circuit occurs in the
coaxial cable connecting the two units.
