CHARGING THE BATTERY

The supplied battery comes fully discharged so you need to charge it before
you operate your light.  Use only the supplied charger to charge the
battery.

1.  Push the battery release button and slide off the battery.

2.  Attach the battery to the charger.

3.  Plug the charger into a standard AC outlet.  The charger's power
    indicator lights.

4.  Charge the battery for about 8 hours.

    NOTE:  If the charger's power indicator does not immediately light, you
           might need to charge the battery for more than 8 hours.

    CAUTION:  To avoid damaging the battery, do not continuously charge it
              for more than 24 hours.

5.  After you charge the battery, unplug the charger from the AC outlet.
    Then, disconnect the battery from the charger.

A fully charged battery can provide about 20 minutes of continuous power
for your light.  If you need more than 20 minutes of shooting time, you can
order additional batteries at your local Radio Shack store.  This way, you
can use one battery while you recharge another.
