Model 151 MovieCorder (160-0852) Using The Date/Time Clock Faxback Doc. # 18467 The camcorder has a clock/calendar that keeps up with the current date and time. You can choose to record the date or time on your tapes if you wish. The clock/calendar is powered by the supplied lithium battery, but you must install the battery and set the clock/calendar. The battery normally lasts about one year. Replace the battery with a lithium battery (such as Cat. No. 23-161). WARNINGS: Replace lithium battery with Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-161 only. Use of another lithium battery might present a risk of fire or explosion. The lithium battery used in this device might present a fire or chemical burn hazard if mistreated. Do not recharge, disassemble, heat above 100 degrees C (212 degrees F), or incinerate. Dispose of used lithium battery promptly. Keep away from children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in fire. INSTALLING THE CLOCK/CALENDAR BATTERY 1. Open the battery cover by lifting up on the tab. 2. To remove an old battery, slide the battery toward the front of the camcorder, and lift it up and out of the battery compartment. 3. Wipe the new battery with a clean,dry cloth to remove oil or dirt that might cause poor electrical contact. 4. Insert the battery with the (+) side up. 5. Close the battery cover.
