The Archer Home Satellite Television C-Band LNB (LOW Noise Block Converter)
is designed form state-of-the-art technology to give you maximum
reliability. It has a built-in lightning-suppression circuit that along
with the proper grounding system, will help protect the LNB from unexpected power surges.  It also features complete bandpass filtering, a lightweight
housing, a power-alert indicator, and a single circuit board layout which
provides highly stable frequency output controlled by a dielectric
resonating  oscillator (DRO) circuit.

The LNB is designed to receive its power from the satellite receiver
through the coaxial cable-the same cable that is used to send the satellite
signals from the LNB to the receiver.Your LNBs power-alert indicator shows
you if the power connection is complete.

Your Archer LNB is compatible with the Realistic SR-2012 and Memorex
SR-2014 HSTV Receivers. If you are not using this LNB with one of these
satellite systems, be sure to check the specifications to confirm that the
receiver provides the proper power voltage and current and that the
receiver is designed to operate on the correct range of the downconverted
frequencies (950-1450mhz).
