PROGRAMMING TUNER MEMORY POSITIONS

1.   Turn on the VCR and the TV which is connected to it.

2.   Set Output to CH3 or CH4 and set the TV on the same channel.

3.   Press TV/VCR so that VCR is displayed on the screen.

4.   Set INPUT SELECT to Tuner.

5.   Press MEMORY.  Display shows a P and Memory Pos. #.

6.   Select Memory Position number using the UP and DOWN arrows.

7.   Press BAND until the desired Band is displayed.

        Vl for VHF channels 2-6 or A5-A2 Cable
        Vh for VHF Ch 6-13 A1 and J-W cable
        U for UHF Ch 14-83

8.   Press SEARCH- or SEARCH+.  It will scan to the next active channel in
     the selected range.  If it does not find an active channel in that
     range, it will move to the next range automatically.

9.   Press X1 to select the right digit of the Tag number and X10 to
     select the Left digit.  The Tag number should be the same as the
     channel number for ease of use.

10.  Press MEMORY to exit the programming mode or return to Step 6 to
     program another memory location.
