Each of the wires of the Archerotor II go to the windings of the motor.
Proper hook-up is the silver lead connected to Terminal 1 , which is also
ground.  Then connect the other three wires in order to Terminal #2, #3,
and #4 respectively (from the drive unit to the control unit).
