The following suggestions will help you care for the TV/VCP so that you can enjoy it for years. Keep the TV/VCP dry. If it does not get wet, wipe it dry immediately. Liquids can contain minerals that corrode the electronic circuits. For your TV/VCP's remote control, use only fresh batteries of the recommended size and type. Always remove old or weak batteries. They can leak chemicals that can damage electronic circuits. Handle the TV/VCP gently and carefully. Dropping it can damage its circuit boards and case and can cause it to work improperly. Use and store the TV/VCP only in normal temperature environments. Temperature extremes can shorten the life of electronic devices, and distort or melt plastic parts. Keep the TV/VCP away from the dust and dirt, which can cause premature wear of parts. Wipe the TV/VCP with a dampened cloth occasionally to keep it looking new.
