The remote control is powered by two AAA-size batteries (not included).  We
recommend alkaline batteries (Cat. No. 23-555).

Install the batteries as shown below.  If the remote control does not work
or operates erratically, replace both batteries.

1.  Remove the battery compartment cover.

2.  Place two AAA-size batteries in the compartment, observing the polarity
    (+ and -) marked in the compartment.

3.  Replace the compartment cover.
